About Thanks­gaming

For the past 20 years, Cheshire Hall has hosted an annual social event for the gaming community. The event in 2025 will be held in the same tradition: a potluck feast with turkey and everything that everybody brings to the table, held on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving as an event of fellowship and community.

It's a time to give thanks for our past year and the community around us. We get to spend time with each other away from the gaming table and with those who do not normally game with us: we get to meet significant others, families, and friends.

Even if you have never attended an event here, you are welcome as part of the gaming community. This is a social event, so spouses, relatives, friends, or other non-gamers are welcome, but when you bring a group of gamers together in a house full of games, the inevitable will occur. There will be meeples. And probably Bridge.
